Job summary

SolutionBox Insight Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Field Sales Executive to drive FMCG product sales in Jaipur. You will visit markets and retail outlets, ensure stock availability, and support merchandising efforts in the assigned territory.

The role requires 2–5 years of FMCG field sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid two-wheeler. Reporting to the Sales team, you will use mobile apps for reporting and maintain good distributor relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA/BA/B.Com preferred).
• 2-5 years of field sales in FMCG.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of local territory and retail network.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (must).
• Proficient in using basic mobile apps for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Regular visits to market/retail outlets to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Ensure proper coverage, visibility, and merchandising of products.
