Ciel HR in Chennai is seeking a Sales Officer Trainee with 0–1 year fresher experience. You will handle field and secondary sales in the assigned territory, visiting dealers and distributors to generate sales and ensure product availability.

The position offers a fixed 6.0 LPA CTC with mobile reimbursement and travel allowance. A graduate in BBA/B.Com/BCA or any discipline is eligible; willingness to travel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience or fresher in sales.
• Graduate in BBA/B.Com/BCA or any discipline.
• Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within the region.
• Strong English and regional language communication.
• Self-motivated, energetic and goal-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
