Job summary

Ciel HR is seeking a Sales Officer Trainee for the Kolkata region. Fresh graduates with 0–1 year experience are invited to apply. A BBA / B.Com / BCA degree is acceptable. The role requires riding a two-wheeler and extensive field travel to visit dealers and distributors, with strong communication skills in English and regional language.

The position offers a fixed CTC and growth opportunities in Sales & Business Development, with mobile reimbursement and travel allowances as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for field sales and secondary sales activities in the assigned territory.
• Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers regularly to generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure product availability and market coverage in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
