About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer (SO) to drive sales and strengthen our tea business across Indore and surrounding markets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in General Trade (GT), distributor management, retailer handling, and territory sales within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
• Manage distributors and expand the retailer network to increase market reach.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and improve market coverage.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution of trade schemes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.

Eligibility & Requirements
