This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by effectively promoting and selling our financial products and services to a diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the bank's sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch and bank-wide targets for financial products and services.
Identify and engage potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct detailed needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking products tailored to individual and business client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during the sales process.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, services, and industry developments.
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
