Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets for various banking products including deposits, loans, and investment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
Conduct detailed financial needs analysis and offer customized product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies while processing customer transactions and documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and resolve customer queries promptly.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management for informed decision-making.
Conduct customer education sessions on banking products and digital banking platforms to promote adoption and usage.
Assist in the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring all KYC and documentation requirements are met accurately.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest banking products, services, and compliance requirements.

Education
