Job Brief:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our Sales and Service department at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This role involves driving the growth of our financial products and services by engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services sales, excellent customer relationship management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank's customer base and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell the bank’s financial products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
Conduct detailed needs analysis and financial assessments to recommend suitable products that align with customer goals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and risk management to facilitate smooth processing of customer applications and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank’s product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position the bank’s services.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Ensure adherence to all compliance and risk management guidelines while conducting sales and service activities.
