Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell banking products like savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet and exceed sales targets. This position requires a proactive approach to market analysis, customer engagement, and relationship management to support the bank's mission of financial inclusion and customer-centric banking solutions.

Responsibilities: -

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell the bank’s financial products and services, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and other retail banking products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management for strategic decision-making.
