Job summary

Nykaa is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand relationships with distributors, retailers and vendors across multiple locations in Haryana. The candidate will visit customers, showcase Nykaa products, drive initiatives for Nykaa Super Store, and meet sales targets with regular market visits and reporting.

Raw local market knowledge and 1 year of sales experience are preferred, with 12th pass as minimum education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetic sales experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Based in or near the required location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, Retailers and Vendors.
• Generate new leads through market visits, assigned beats, references and available data.
• Visit targeted customers for product briefing, product visualization, sampling and offers.
• Drive new initiatives for retailers and distributors associated with Nykaa Super Store.
• Promote focus products and ensure initiatives are driven until closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain regular market visits and customer meetings.
• Prepare and share monthly sales reports and updates.
