Hinduja Housing Finance Limited in Telangana is seeking a Field Sales Executive to identify sourcing contacts, networking with builders, engineers, and brokers, and promote our schemes in the local market.

You will conduct events, distribute promotional materials, and engage with traders associations to drive brand awareness and referrals while coordinating with the team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 12th / Any Degree/PG is acceptable.
• Experience 0-2 years in sales or banking-related roles preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify sourcing contacts and network for referrals from builders, engineers, brokers, and local offices.
• Promote company schemes across commercial, industrial, educational, and service establishments.
• Conduct events and distribute brochures/promotional materials at identified locations.
• Network with traders associations and professional bodies for campaigns and brand promotion.
• Coordinate with managers for appraisal and processing steps and collect processing fees from customers.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify sourcing contacts and network with such contacts for referral of leads from the following sources
  • Officials in the Town Planning office / Panchayat Offices
  • Small builders and contractors
  • Civil Engineers / Planners / Draftsmen
  • Hardware stores, dealers of building and construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, sand etc
  • Local Masons / petty contractors
  • Real estate and land developers
  • Real estate brokers
  • Officials in the sub-registrar office etc
• Propagate our company and the schemes in all commercial, industrial, educational, service establishments and in the market in the location an carryout the following activities
• Conduct events in the premises of such establishments
• Distribution of brochures / pamphlets / promotional materials at identified establishments
• Network with traders association / professional association etc for promoting the brand, get the members list and do promotional campaigns
• Identify construction projects in the market through open market / direct market sourcing
• Responsible for transactional sales, Operational, administrative/support activities for achieving the set targets / objectives.
• Analyzing of business trends and target figures to formulate new strategies
• Initial screening of the proposal getting the application from the prospect and screening using the Tab Application’; Communicate ‘in principle’ approval based on the customer selection criteria inbuilt in the ‘Tab Application’
• Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for proper appraisal of the proposal, complete the pre-sanction documentation, communicate formal approval of the proposal and collect processing fee from the customer
