Job summary

Hireginie Talent Cloud is seeking a Sales Officer to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. The role involves sourcing LAP business through multiple channels, understanding customer needs, and presenting suitable LAP solutions while coordinating with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure faster processing and timely disbursement.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of LAP/Home Loan experience in NBFCs or banks, with strong knowledge of LAP products and the ability to

Responsibilities

• Source Loan Against Property business from multiple channels
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable LAP solutions
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations to ensure quicker TAT
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and other partners
• Ensure proper documentation for login as per company credit policy
• Follow up with customers and internal teams for smooth disbursement
• Achieve monthly & quarterly targets
