Job summary

Buzzworks Business Services in Chennai is seeking a field sales professional to drive LAP loan opportunities. You will source leads directly, via referrals, DSA channels, and open-market visits, and assess borrower needs while explaining LAP features and documentation.

You will build relationships with customers and partners, meet monthly targets, coordinate with credit and operations for disbursal, and ensure compliance with policies. Local market knowledge and a two-wheeler are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven LAP/Mortgage loan experience.
• Experience in Open Market Sourcing.
• Knowledge of LAP products, property valuation, and legal/technical processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Local candidate with good market knowledge preferred.
• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.

Responsibilities
