We are seeking an energetic, customer-centric B2C Field Sales Executive to directly engage with individual home builders, landowners, and end-consumers. In this role, your primary focus will be generating direct retail sales by visiting active house construction sites, pitching our TMT bars directly to homeowners, and building strong local networks with the influencers who advise them.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of direct-to-consumer (B2C) field sales experience. Experience selling construction products directly to home builders (like cement, bricks, tiles, waterproofing, or TMT bars) is highly preferred.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional skill at striking up conversations with homeowners, masons, and contractors on the ground.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of residential construction, steel grades (e.g., Fe 500D / Fe 550D), and how to calculate a house owner's steel bundle requirements.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily local neighborhood transit.
• Language & Soft Skills: Highly persuasive, fluent in the local regional language, and driven by daily field targets.
