Job summary

P. Raghava Chetty P Narayanaswamy Chetty is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for Steel Products to grow our business across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

You will build and strengthen our dealer network for TMT Rebars, Structurals and Rounds, covering both industrial and rural markets. The role requires 25–38 years of age, 5–10 years of sales experience in iron and steel, fluent English, Tamil/Kannada, and a driving licence for a two-wheeler.

Qualifications

• Graduate requirement: Any degree from an accredited program.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in iron and steel or related industries.
• Age 25–38 years.
• Fluent in English and Tamil; Kannada; Hindi for Bangalore candidates.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Network expansion: Identify, appoint and develop dealers and retailers across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
• Business development: Open new market segments, secure project approvals and build the brand.
• Sales execution: Generate enquiries, convert them into orders and ensure timely collections.
• Performance: Achieve sales targets and review progress regularly.
• Market insight: Track market trends, prepare sales forecasts and report to senior management.
• Relationships: Build lasting relationships with dealers, contractors and key clients.
