The role requires building markets, leading a regional sales team, developing dealer relationships and achieving ambitious targets while coordinating with operations and finance for smooth order execution. Travel will be extensive; Kannada and Tamil language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in TMT steel or building products sales.
• Strong dealer/distributor network.
• Experience leading regional or multi-state sales teams.
• Leadership, negotiation and commercial skills.
• Willing to travel across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
• Ability to speak Kannada and Tamil.

• Willing to travel extensively across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
