Job Description & Skills Expected
- Plan and execute email and related marketing campaigns for IT products and services
- Create and manage prospect databases
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with leads generated through campaigns and other channels
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team
- Drive sales of software, solutions, products and ITeS services to new and existing leads
- Proficiency in understanding various staffing models such as BoT, GCC, T&M and etc.
- Leveraging experience in SaaS software sales and knowledge
- Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies while expanding business relationships and the customer base
- Collaborate with marketing, technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback and other key metrics to senior management
- Exhibit strong business acumen with the ability to foresee market trends and innovative strategies for improvement
- Understand client business objectives and match our solutions to support those goals
- Ability to work in a global organizational and service delivery environment
- Strong vision with an ability to innovate and demonstrate to execute the vision
