Job summary

Inventaa Industries seeks a Sales & Marketing Representative to grow Inventaas Pavers Division by developing new customers, dealers and project opportunities.

You will generate leads through field visits, networking and market research; develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, developers, dealers and infrastructure companies; and promote concrete pavers while managing quotations and orders. Travel for field sales will be routine.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in building materials, construction, precast, tiles, cement or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and travel.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor pricing, products and market trends.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings, enquiries, quotations and sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
