Qualifications

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical/commercial details clearly to clients.
• Convince and convert leads into sales through effective persuasion and follow-up.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Travel regularly across the territory using own two-wheeler for client visits.
• Gather market intelligence and report competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams (support, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in CRM/reporting tool, e.g. Excel, Salesforce, in-house system.
