Job summary

Strpled Community Plus is seeking a Sales Officer in Kolkata to scout properties, drive sales, and build a strong customer base. The role requires self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to deliver on assigned tasks within set timelines.

You will design business plans to expand the client base, create relationships, and report on sales, revenue, and forecasts to management. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

Salary: 1 L to 1.8 L (P.A.) + DA + TA + Incentive

• Scout for Properties in your assigned areas.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets individually.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Preferred Candidate

He/she could be a fresher, but we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and is extremely performance oriented and has excellent relationship building skills and ability to manage and deliver assigned tasks within the timeline along with Customer Centric approach. MS Word/Excel proficiency would be expected. The candidate should have a two- wheeler and a valid Driving License.
