Job summary

MechMatrix is seeking a technically skilled Sales & Marketing Executive for CNC/VMC machines in Nashik, Maharashtra. The role focuses on understanding machine operations, visiting customers, promoting products, and driving sales growth through demonstrations and strong relationships.

The candidate should have 1–5 years of experience, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE in Mechanical Engineering, and good communication and negotiation skills. Traveling to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in CNC/VMC machine handling, machining, machine tools, or industrial sales.
• Basic understanding of CNC/VMC machine operations and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand CNC and VMC machine operations, applications, and basic technical specifications.
• Visit CNC machine shops, manufacturing companies, MSMEs, and industrial customers.
• Promote and market CNC/VMC machines, machine tools, and related industrial products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Explain product features, technical benefits, and applications to customers.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business development activities.
• Coordinate with the technical and service teams to resolve customer queries.
