The Muthoot Group is seeking a Sales Manager for the DST Channel at a cluster in Andhra Pradesh. The role focuses on driving new KYC-based business, recruiting and training sales staff, and ensuring field execution to meet targets.

You will travel across the cluster to conduct meetings and reviews, with incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience, preferably direct sales.
• Territory familiarity with assigned cluster and branches.
• Speak local language (Telugu/English).
• People management skills for supervising staff and training.
• Strong communication skills for field interactions and reporting.
• Proven ability in problem solving and negotiation to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new KYC-based business within the cluster.
• Select staff as Sales executives for each branch and train them on field activities.
• Mentor and hand-hold the team to improve sales habits and messaging.
• Improve productivity and achieve targets set by management.
• Allocate and monitor performance; deliver targets on time; incentives based on results.
• Travel across the cluster for meetings, training, and reviews (TA/DA as per policy).
• Identify key performance areas via market analysis and plan activity, location, and dates.
• Conduct staff reviews to improve leads quality and business output.
