Job summary

SkillLabs in Jamnagar, Gujarat is seeking a target-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of DMAs and drive dealership penetration. You will verify customer documents, input data in ICAS, and ensure timely dispatch of legal instruments while pursuing finance schemes.

You will build dealer relationships, monitor competition, manage enquiries, and convert leads to closed sales while meeting daily targets and SLAs. This role requires 2–3 years in relevant sectors and a graduate or MBA qualification.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC.
• Experience in Off Roll Sales.
• Maximum 30 years.
• Graduate or MBA.
• Independent performer with target orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of off-roll DMAs to achieve sales and market penetration targets at the dealership.
• Verify customer documents in originals, scan and fill details in ICAS, dispatch agreements and repayment instruments within SLAs.
• Sell finance schemes to customers inside and outside the dealership as per targets.
• Maintain and improve dealer relations and address daily issues/queries.
• Verify KYC and customer information in line with company policy; monitor competition activity at dealership and ASC location.

• Managing A Team of Off Roll Sales DMAs to Ensure Sales & Penetration at The Dealership as Per the Target
• Ensure All the Documents W.R.T. Customer Are Verified in Originals and Scan & Fill Various Customers’ Details in ICAS & Submit It Immediately. Physical Agreement & Repayment Instrument Dispatch Within Prescribed Tat
• To Ensure Sale of Finance Schemes to Customers (Within & Outside Dealership) As Per the Targets
• Maintain & Improve The Relationship with The Dealer/S & Address Issues/Queries On Daily Basis
• Verification of All Documents, W.R.T. Customers E.G. KYC, Customer Personal Information, Documents Received Through DMAs at ASC Location, In Line with Company Policy
• Monitoring The Competition Activity in Dealership & Location
• DCC Cash Deposition
• Maintain & Improve The Productivity of DMAs
• ASC/ Branch Visit of Dealer (Network Visit)
• Enquiry Management & Follow Up On Open Enquiries
• Conversion of All Leads (Web/Tele/Rural)
• Collection of RC, Resolution of Femi, Nonstarter On Regular Basis As Per The Targets
• Keep The ASM Updated On Daily Basis W.R.T. Targets Vs Achievements
• Understand & Explain All the Schemes to The Customers
