Job summary

Minivel Services in Gurugram, India, is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales professional to build and expand a network of channel partners, brokers and referral networks, driving qualified leads and sales opportunities across premium real estate projects.

The role requires 2–6 years in channel sales or related fields, with MBA preferred, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving partner-led targets.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales, Real Estate Sales, Business Development or Luxury Sales.
• Prior experience in Real Estate Channel Sales / Channel Partner Management preferred.
• Experience handling property brokers, channel partners, referral networks or external sales networks.
• Candidates from premium/luxury real estate will have an added advantage.
• Experience in plotted developments, villas, premium residential projects or high-ticket property sales preferred.
• Strong experience in channel partner onboarding, activation, lead generation and target achievement.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, relationship management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers and referral networks.
• Identify, onboard and expand the channel partner network to increase sourcing opportunities.
• Activate new and existing channel partners and drive them to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct regular meetings with channel partners and provide project updates, training and sales support.
• Drive channel partners to achieve assigned business and sales targets.
• Generate qualified leads through channel partners and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate between channel partners and the internal sales team for effective lead handling and conversion.
• Monitor partner-wise performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
• Develop market intelligence on competitor projects, pricing, customer preferences and market trends.
• Support sales planning, forecasting and business development through effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain strong partner engagement to encourage repeat business and long-term relationships.
• Track sourcing performance and maintain accurate sales and channel partner reports.
