Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing and acquisition of Salaried Personal Loan customers through open market channels, connectors, DSAs, corporates, and referral networks.
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets for loan disbursement, revenue, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, corporate clients, and influencers to generate quality leads.
• Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, eligibility norms, pricing, and documentation requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end processing of loan applications, coordinating with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for quick turnaround.
• Monitor pipeline management, login-to-disbursement conversion, and portfolio quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies during sourcing and onboarding.
• Track competitor activities and identify opportunities to increase market share.
• Maintain accurate MIS and business reports.
