Job summary

SMFG INDIA CREDIT COMPANY is seeking a field-based Personal Loan sales professional to source PL through DSA channels and meet diverse targets across Nadia district. You will build and maintain DSA partnerships, drive high-quality sourcing, and coordinate with credit and operations to ensure timely disbursement.

The candidate should have 2+ years in PL sales via DSAs, with strong communication, relationship management, and market insight to grow the business sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Source Personal Loan business through DSAs and achieve targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs and onboard new DSA partners.
• Drive sales productivity and ensure quality sourcing per company guidelines.
• Manage the complete loan sourcing process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for timely processing of cases.
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to compliance and risk parameters.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Track daily business performance and provide MIS updates.
