Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, is hiring a Sales Manager – Mortgage, NCT. You will lead new business acquisition in the open market and build a robust DSA network to discuss files regularly.

You will also manage DSAs and empanel new partners, while using AI tools to enhance workflow with responsible data use. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and sharp negotiation skills, with insight into market trends and competitor activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for new business acquisition through open market.


• Should have a strong network of DSA's in the market - Atleast 10 DSA's with whom files are discussed on a regular basis.


• Strong at DSA management and new DSA empanelment.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
