Deutsche Bank AG in New Delhi seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive new business acquisition in mortgage and loan segments. You will build a robust web of DSAs and engage with open market opportunities to expand client base.

We value strong communication, negotiation, and a solid understanding of banking products. You will monitor market trends, respond to competition, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity while upholding responsible data use.

Formación

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
• Good knowledge of banking products and policies.
• Ability to monitor market updates and competitor activity.
• Experience in managing direct sales agents (DSAs) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for new business acquisition through open market.
• Build and strengthen network of DSAs with regular file discussions.
• DSA management and onboarding of new DSAs.

Your key responsibilities

Responsible for new business acquisition through open market.

Should have a strong network of DSA's in the market - Atleast 10 DSA's with whom files are discussed on a regular basis.

Strong at DSA management and new DSA empanelment.

In-depth knowledge of Product and Policy

Having Good Communication skill

Having good negotiation skill

Have and understood the market update and knowledge.

Having awareness and information about the competition

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
