TekPillar is hiring for an experienced Life Insurance Agency Sales lead based in Surat, Gujarat. The role requires 5+ years in agency/advisor sales, strong leadership, and the ability to drive targets through a team of agents.
You will train, recruit, and manage the agency sales team, develop new business opportunities, and build strong advisor relationships while monitoring performance and growth.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of Life Insurance sales experience.
