Job summary

HDFC Life Insurance is hiring for the Agency Channel in multiple locations including Bhopal. The role focuses on recruiting and developing a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Consultants and driving life insurance sales through the Agency Channel.

You will train, motivate and support advisors to achieve targets, generate leads, and support customer acquisition while maintaining relationships and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Sales / Life Insurance / BFSI / Agency Channel preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
