Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company in Bhopal is seeking a results-driven sales professional to recruit, onboard and manage Life Insurance advisors/agents. The role focuses on driving business through the agency sales channel and achieving monthly and annual targets.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors, train and motivate the agency team to improve productivity, and generate new business to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agency sales/Life insurance.
• Strong communication, sales and relationship- management skills.
• Candidates with Life Insurance Agency Channel experience preferred.
