Job summary

Shadows Fitness Studio in Undri, Pune, is seeking a Membership Consultant to drive member acquisition and retention. If you have hands-on sales experience and can convert walk-ins into paying members, we want you.

You will tour prospects, tailor memberships to goals, follow up on leads, and report daily results in a young, energetic gym environment near Undri.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (fitness, wellness, retail or similar).
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
• Strong communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Disciplined with follow-ups and reporting.
• Presentable, energetic and target-driven.
• Based in or near Undri or willing to commute daily.
