Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly and quarterly car loan disbursement targets. Source business through car dealerships, DSA channels, connectors, and direct leads. Drive penetration of car loans for new cars, used cars, and refinance loans.
• Dealer & Channel Management Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers and showrooms. Train dealer staff on loan products, documentation, and lead generation. Ensure smooth coordination between dealers, credit teams, and operations.
