Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience in advertising sales, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and a proven track record in winning new business for agencies or media houses. MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and prospects potential clients across market segments
• Develops customized proposals and presentations showcasing I Broad Media's capabilities and solutions tailored to each client's requirements
• Generates potential leads and persuades them to close using networking tools and other mediums
• Collaborates with internal teams, including creative, strategy and account management, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns
• Staying abreast on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Understands media verticals (Radio, TV, Digital, OOH etc.) and pitches the proposal by understanding the client’s requirements and budget
