1. Job Purpose

To lead and drive sales operations across Bihar and Jharkhand by developing market presence, achieving business targets, expanding the dealer and distributor network, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth through effective team management and customer relationship development.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Drive sales growth across assigned territories in Bihar / Jharkhand.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential customers.
• Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to improve market penetration.
• Ensure achievement of sales volume, revenue, and collection targets.

B. Dealer & Distributor Network Development

• Appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners across the assigned territory.
• Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and ensure regular business engagement.
• Identify and develop new sales channels to expand market reach.
• Monitor dealer performance and take corrective measures wherever required.
• Ensure effective dealer-wise sales planning and stock movement.

C. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Set individual and territory-wise targets for team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits.
• Identify training needs and improve the team's sales capabilities.
• Ensure accountability, discipline, and productivity within the sales team.

D. Market Development & Customer Relationship

• Develop strong relationships with key customers, dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and influencers.
• Conduct market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Implement promotional activities, product demonstrations, and market activation initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service-related issues.
• Strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
