Job summary

Nilkamal Limited invites applications for a regional sales role in Patna. The incumbent will drive sales plans with regional management, identify growth opportunities, and execute distribution expansion in under penetrated towns.

You will ensure distributor billing integrity, boost dealer productivity, and manage inventory levels across channels. You will also lead revival plans for slow growth areas, expand channels (FOFOs, MBOs, Institutional Sales), coordinate promotions with Marketing, and

Responsibilities

• Drive sales plan for the region in collaboration with RM to achieve business objectives
• Identify potential growth & problem areas and plan initiatives to improve sales & market share
• Plan and execute distribution growth in under penetrated towns
• Ensure no zero billing at distributor level and review the same for their team
• Increase dealer productivity (yield)
• Ensure distributor-wise minimum inventory of each stock
• Make and execute revival plan for low growth areas/territories with RM
• Expand channels through appointment of FOFOs, MBOs, and Institutional Sales
• Execute sales promotional activities in coordination with Marketing team
• Ensure proper product placement at retail outlets especially New Products and review the same periodically
• Review, maintain and improve sales, team productivity and channel partner performance against targets monthly
• Map, analyze and counter competitors activity
• Must have good analytical skills and business acumen
• Review and liquidate slow moving SKUs
• Train DSE by inducting Gurukul in the geography
• Conduct dealer meet to generate demand and showcase new product range
