Job summary

LEO TAPS AND FITTINGS in BIHAR & JHARKHAND is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive territory growth. You will develop strategies, manage channel partners, and ensure timely collections while expanding market presence.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication in English and Hindi, and proficiency in MS Office tools. A graduate with channel/distributor sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with prior experience in Channel Sales / Distributor Sales.
• Proficient in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must have team-handling experience.
