• Conducting dealers meet, architects meet & carpenters meet to communicate about products and drive sales.
• Channel Development & Dealer satisfaction.
• Market study & research, competition benchmarking on an ongoing basis.
• Building relations with external customers like dealers, distributors, and architects & designers.
• Ensure timely collections & payments from the distributors/channel partners.
• Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealers.
