Job summary

Baoxhin India Private Limited is seeking a BESS Sales Engineer to develop the regional energy storage market. The role focuses on promoting BESS products across power grid, C&I, marine, and automotive sectors to achieve new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The candidate will coordinate with technical and delivery teams to resolve pre-sales and order issues, participate in international events, and build strong relationships with grid operators and large accounts to drive brand presence

Responsibilities

• Develop the regional energy storage market with a focus on promoting BESS products across power grid, C&I, marine, and automotive applications; achieve new customer acquisition targets.
• Monitor market trends and project pipelines; formulate territory sales strategies and plans; lead negotiation, signing, and execution of overseas orders to meet sales targets, payment collection, and gross margin KPIs.
• Conduct regular market and customer feedback sessions; manage and maintain commercial relationships with grid operators, industrial and commercial enterprises, and other key accounts; improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
• Provide professional product expertise and consulting services to customers; participate in international trade shows and industry events to promote the company brand and reputation.
• Coordinate internal resources including technical and delivery teams to resolve pre-sales, mid-sales, and payment collection issues; ensure service quality and support efficient project operation and sales target achievement within the territory.
• Handle other tasks assigned by management.
