Job summary

Baoxhin India Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a BESS Sales Engineer to develop the regional energy storage market, promote BESS products across power grid, C&I, marine, and automotive sectors, and achieve new customer acquisition targets.

You will monitor market trends, lead negotiations for overseas orders, manage key accounts including grid operators and industrial clients, provide product expertise, and coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution

Responsibilities

• Develop the regional energy storage market and promote BESS products across power grid, C&I, marine, and automotive applications to achieve new customer acquisition targets.
• Monitor market trends and project pipelines, formulate territory sales strategies and plans; lead negotiations and execution of overseas orders to meet sales and gross margin KPIs.
• Manage commercial relationships with grid operators, industrial and commercial enterprises, and other key accounts; improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
• Provide professional product expertise and consulting services; participate in international trade shows and industry events to promote the company brand.
• Coordinate internal resources including technical and delivery teams to resolve pre-sales, mid-sales, and payment issues; ensure service quality and project operations.
• Handle other tasks assigned by management.

BESS Sales Engineer

1. 1) Responsible for developing the regional energy storage market, with a focus on promoting BESS products across power grid, C&I, marine, and automotive applications; achieve new customer acquisition targets.
2. (2) Monitor market trends and project pipelines, formulate territory sales strategies and plans; lead negotiation, signing, and execution of overseas orders to ensure sales targets, payment collection, and gross margin KPIs are met.
3. (3) Conduct regular market and customer feedback sessions, manage and maintain commercial relationships with grid operators, industrial and commercial enterprises, and other key accounts; continuously improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
4. (4) Provide professional product expertise and consulting services to customers; participate in international trade shows and industry events to promote the company brand, enhancing brand influence and reputation.
5. (5) Coordinate internal resources including technical and delivery teams to resolve pre-sales, mid-sales, and payment collection issues; ensure service quality and support efficient project operation and sales target achievement within the territory.
6. (6) Handle other tasks assigned by management.
