Job summary

Leo Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for the West Region to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, handle RFPs, prepare proposals, and close contracts while traveling extensively within the West Region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the West Region.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional sales strategy to drive consistent revenue growth
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across target markets
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Ensure a healthy and continuous sales pipeline
• Handle RFPs, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close contracts effectively
• Conduct extensive field sales activities and client meetings (80–90% field-based role mandatory)
