You will travel frequently across India to customer sites, lead proposals, and coordinate with engineering and operations teams.

Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive growth in our marine and shipbuilding equipment division. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding of maritime systems with strong B2B sales skills to sell capital equipment, components, and services to shipyards, vessel operators, and marine engineering firms.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in marine, shipbuilding, offshore, or related industrial equipment (engines, power systems, thermal/cooling, deck machinery, electrical, automation, or similar).
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a technical, project-based environment (newbuilds, conversions, repowers, aftermarket).
• Strong understanding of shipyard processes, vessel types, and marine regulations/class requirements is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with senior technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in engineering, marine technology, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel frequently to shipyards, ports, and customer sites around India
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with tender/RFQ processes.
