• Drive regional growth for Marine Applications / Engines / Equipments by achieving volume and value targets, expanding market penetration, and establishing new application opportunities.
• Expand, enable, and manage the dealer, OEM, and distribution networks to optimize sales performance, product availability, and service coverage.
• Formulate and execute targeted regional sales strategies by tracking market trends and aligning execution with customer needs and business goals.
• Direct high-value commercial operations, including tender management, contract negotiations, and competitive positioning to strengthen market presence.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, service, and operations teams to streamline sales execution, resolve customer issues, and relay market feedback for product enhancement.
