You will negotiate deals, handle objections, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals. The role focuses on targeting monthly and annual sales goals, leveraging cold calling, networking, and social media to identify new opportunities and build a robust client

Responsibilities

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliverables, client service delivery, engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, timely submission of proposals, and governance during execution.
• Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients, listening to their requirements, and sharing accurate information with the internal team.
• Identify prospective customers via Google leads and building the customer database.
• Build effective relationships with customers and generate sales leads by proposing new projects.
• Provide periodic reports to management on sales operations and returns using CRM systems.
• Accompany customers for site visits and explain the property.
• Generate ideas to develop new business from existing and new clients/investors.
• Doing outbound calls to potential customers from database for fixing appointments.
