Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring a Sales Manager Gold Loan to drive growth in the Gold Loan portfolio across multiple regions in India. The role targets new business, customer acquisition and renewals, while building and guiding a team of officers and territory managers.

Locations include major districts in Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Gold Loan or related banking sales, with strong communication and execution skills while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC Sales experience.
• Good communication, sales and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in team handling and business development will be an advantage.
