• Drive gold loan sales through branch walk-ins, referrals, and local market activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales executives and doorstep teams.
• Develop local marketing strategies and customer acquisition plans.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and retention.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor daily business reports, disbursements, and portfolio quality.
• Coordinate with operations, credit, and audit teams.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
• Build strong relationships with local influencers and business partners.
