Job summary

Gofer is seeking a dynamic Sales Head – HVAC to lead and grow sales across Maharashtra and neighboring states. This senior role combines strategic account management with hands-on execution to drive revenue from end users, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.

You will own the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure timely order fulfilment and payment collection while building a high-performance sales organization.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of total experience in HVAC sales or related sector.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management and channel/OEM sales.
• Experience engaging with consultants, EPCs and end users is preferred.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head – HVAC to lead and grow its sales operations across Maharashtra and neighbouring states. This is a senior individual-contributor and leadership role focused on driving revenue through strategic account management, channel partnerships, and direct engagement with key stakeholders in the HVAC ecosystem.

• Own total sales responsibility for the assigned geographic territory (Maharashtra and neighbouring states).
• Drive Key Account Management with end users, consultants, and EPC companies to build awareness and adoption of HVAC technology.
• Manage Channel Sales and/or OEM relationships as assigned.
• Lead Strategic Business Development initiatives to expand market presence.
• Conduct Order & Sales Forecasting and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and payment collection.

Experience:

• 4 to 8 years of total experience, predominantly in the HVAC industry.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, and channel/OEM sales within HVAC or related segments.
• Prior experience engaging with consultants, EPC companies, and end users is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of HVAC systems, cooling towers, and water treatment technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial negotiations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and neighbouring states as required.
