We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Industrial Product, HVAC and fans manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC systems, industrial fans, Refrigeration, Electric Motors, pumps, engineering components, OEM sales, energy efficient products, and related products, along with a proven track record of developing and executing sales

strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence. The Head of Sales & Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, lead the marketing team, and drive customer acquisition and retention across various markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company.

Minimum 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Industrial Product, HVAC, fans or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development & Execution

• Lead the development of short- and long-term sales strategies for ensuring alignmenforth the company’s overall business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
• Develop pricing strategies that align with market demands and company profitability goals.
• Oversee key account management, ensuring exceptional service and relationship building with major clients.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

• Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote, focusing on brand development and market positioning.
• Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media, trade shows, and PR.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing efforts and adapt strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and achieving departmental objectives.
• Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Train and develop the sales and marketing team to build their skills and capabilities in HVAC and fan products.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing issues quickly and effectively.
• Work with the customer service team to ensure the highest level of post-sale support.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track sales performance, marketing campaign results, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
• Report on sales and marketing results to senior management, providing recommendations for improvements and new opportunities.

Product Knowledge & Market Insights

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations affecting HVAC systems and industrial fans.
• Provide valuable insights on product development, customer preferences, and market demand to the product management team.
• Act as the company’s industry expert in HVAC and fan systems, representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
