Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Inside Sales/Telesales experience.
• Mandatory exposure to Test Prep/EdTech industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as LeadSquared or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
