Job summary

Bihar RMC is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive business growth across Bihar through door-to-door and on-site visits. You will promote RMC products to contractors, builders and developers, and build strong client relationships with diligent follow-ups to support meeting targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in RMC or construction sales, hold a graduate degree, and show excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through door-to-door and field sales activities.
• Promote and explain RMC products and services to contractors, builders, developers and other potential customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams and management for smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding recovery.
• Maintain proper communication and coordination with senior/top-level management.
• Prepare regular sales, market and customer reports.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
