Job summary

Protium Finance Ltd in Surat is seeking a driven candidate to recruit DSAs and drive loan volumes through a partner network. You will manage end-to-end processes from login to disbursement, while maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.

The role requires graduates with excellent communication, a good understanding of BL products, and the ability to liaise with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams to resolve bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• DSA sourcing experience is preferred.
• Soft spoken with good convincing skills.
• Working knowledge of BL as products.
• Understanding the financials.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new DSAs
• Drive business loan volumes through the assigned partner network to meet assigned targets
• Handling end-to-end procedure starting from the log-in of the file to the disbursement of the same
• Maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure our brand remains their preferred lending partner.
• Act as the primary liaison between DSAs and internal teams (Credit, Operations, Risk) to resolve login and disbursement bottlenecks.
• Monitor portfolio quality by ensuring the sourcing of creditworthy files and minimizing early delinquency (FTD/DPD).

Preferred candidate profile

• DSA sourcing experience is preferred.

• Understanding the financials.
• Candidate should be graduate
